Protecting or supporting your heart? The difference is everything.
What if I told you the difference between living a life half-awake and a life ablaze with joy comes down to one small word?
Protecting.
Supporting.
They sound similar, but they carry worlds apart in meaning.
🌸 Protecting your heart is building walls around it, fearing it might break.
🌸 Supporting your heart is giving it wings, trusting it was made to expand.
In our last Silver Seed gathering inside the Magic Garden Circle, we lived a moment that made the room vibrate with electricity.
One of our brilliant members was creating a symbol for self-care. She drew a flower—radiant, layered, alive. At the center: her heart. Inside that center were her values, her essence, everything she holds dear.
When asked about the petals, she paused.
“They’re here to protect my heart,” she said.
And then came the silence—the kind where you can feel truth tiptoeing in.
“Wait… protect? What am I afraid of?
How can I have a joyful, adventurous heart if everything I do is to protect it?
What if, instead, I began supporting my heart?”
✨ Goosebumps.
✨ An electric current rippling through all of us.
✨ The kind of clarity that rewrites your story in a single breath.
Because supporting your heart doesn’t mean wrapping it in bubble wrap.
It means nourishing it. Feeding it joy. Trusting it enough to let it feel, risk, love, and grow.
That is the magic of art and conversation. One brushstroke, one word, one brave question—and suddenly, you see your whole life differently.
Let me ask you: Are you protecting your heart… or supporting it?
What shifts if you reframe the question?
What new life, what new love, what new adventure becomes possible when you stop guarding and start nourishing?
Take a breath. Feel into it.
Your heart knows the answer.
With wonder & blooming
